For your ELIYA - Eastern Long Island Yachting Association PHRF Certificate this year (2025) you will need your boat and sail measurement information, along with such things as your hull identification number and sail number. If you have added new "rated" sails this season, you will need to email the sailmakers sail measurement certificate to your assigned handicapper. Rated sails include your mainsail, largest Genoa, largest spinnaker (symmetric and/or asymmetric), and Code 0. Please review the application before you start, to make sure that you have all the necessary information.
